The Role:
Meals on Wheels South Australia (MoWSA) are looking for an experienced ICT Manager to join our team, support current ICT services and to extend their capability, enabling our people to continue to support South Australians to live independently. This position reports to the General Manager, Business Operations and is a member of the senior leadership team.
The ICT Manager will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies for the development, implementation, and operation of efficient, secure information technology systems within MoWSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical aspects of the organization’s strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and meeting short-term and long-term needs.
- Develop and execute IT business systems strategy roadmap and digital transformation in collaboration with other senior managers.
- Lead a small IT team to address business requirements and service levels efficiently, enhancing team members' knowledge.
- Supervise system infrastructure for functionality and efficiency, staying abreast of emerging technologies.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess and manage technological performance.
- Administer day-to-day operations, providing timely support for issues and updates.
- Ensure compliance with security, and privacy policies, as well as relevant legislation and standards.
- Develop, review, and manage IT policies, procedures, best practices, and guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven IT Manager with a focus on continual improvement.
Skilled communicator with a consultative approach.
Demonstrated experience in managing diverse IT systems and infrastructure.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a multi-site IT environment.
