As an ICT Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team, working alongside experienced professionals to find recruitment solutions for our clients.

Duties:

• Provide a wide range of administrative support services, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in the recruitment process.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and strategically place ads on various platforms to attract top-tier candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate searches using recruitment databases and talent search platforms, aligning candidate skill sets with job requirements
• Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, responding promptly to all communications.
• Update and maintain accurate records in recruitment databases, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.
• Focus on continuous improvement in all aspects of the recruitment process, identifying and implementing enhancements for increased efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.

Required experience/skills:

• Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
• Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
• Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
• Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
• Teamwork: willingness to learn, participate and work as a team.

Desirable experience/skills:

• Prior working experience in a commercial sector - professional services, sales or client services environment would be beneficial.

• Recruitment experience.

• ICT knowledge, skills and experience.
