Information and Communications Technology is responsible for the provision of ICT services across the organisation through business solutions, infrastructure/systems integration, spatial information systems, project management, internal ICT customer service and strategy delivery.

About the role

The ICT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the provision technology services and Service Desk operations for Council. Focussing on quality and timely customer service meeting business needs in an effective and cost-efficient manner. The role also supports Council’s cyber security posture and risk program.

Essential criteria

• A tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience managing cyber security operations and cyber security capability.
• Extensive experience in customer management and customer engagement.
• Proven experience in ICT Service Delivery in a Service Desk function, direct business engagement, and multiple technology domains.
• Extensive expertise with the Microsoft ecosystem of software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop team members.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management to ensure operations are within allocated budget

Desirable criteria

• Sound understanding of Australian Cyber Security Centre’s Essential Eight.
• ITILv3 Certification with practical application.
• Experience with a range of IT service management software.

Salary: $133,248.00 to $154,238.00 per annum, plus 11% Superannuation.

Access to a Leaseback Vehicle or Motor Vehicle Allowance is available with this position; however, it is not a condition of employment.

This position requires the worker to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 or to hold a medical contraindication certificate.
