Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing cyber security operations and cyber security capability.
- Extensive background in customer service management and engagement.
- Demonstrated success in ICT Service Delivery within a Service Desk function.
- Expertise with the Microsoft ecosystem of software.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring teams.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management.
- Understanding of the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Essential Eight.
- ITILv3 Certification with practical application.
- Experience with a range of IT service management software.
