We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to join our client on a permanent basis. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and mentor a team of passionate ICT professionals while focusing on delivering quality and timely customer service to meet the business needs and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's cyber security posture and risk program.

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing cyber security operations and cyber security capability.
• Extensive background in customer service management and engagement.
• Demonstrated success in ICT Service Delivery within a Service Desk function.
• Expertise with the Microsoft ecosystem of software.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring teams.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management.

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Essential Eight.
• ITILv3 Certification with practical application.
• Experience with a range of IT service management software.
