I'm working with a Federal Government department to find an ITSM Service Delivery Support Officer.
This is an initial contract until June 2025 with long term extension options. This position is based in ACT.
As the Service Delivery Support Officer you will be supporting the ongoing delivery of core ITSM processes, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge and Continual Service Improvement Management. There will be a requirement to work across the different disciplines, allowing for a spread of knowledge and for individuals to continually contribute to the improvement of each process.
You will have the following skills:
- Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices
- Exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, methodologies and procedures
- A service management attitude, with commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement
- Analytical skills and a structured, methodical approach
- Evidence of the ability to manage complex issues with IT services
- Experience working in an IT operational environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills
- Be an Australian citizen
- Have an active NV1 security clearance as a minimum
