Your new role 
The ICT Support Officer will provide basic technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, and associated peripherals. This role will require user administration within an M365 environment, access and updates to groups. Ability to provision hardware and troubleshoot hardware and mobile device management. This role will require excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed 

Proactive customer focus – demonstrated customer service focus; genuinely enjoys helping users; patient and resilient when dealing with user enquiries; demonstrated high level communication skills, including the ability to listen and communicate effectively.

Demonstrated knowledge of working with Microsoft M365 

Demonstrated experience of understanding working with ICT systems that use workflows. 

Demonstrated experience of working with ICT hardware and delivering it to the end user.

Planning and organisation – ability to self-manage and prioritise work to ensure the provision of quality and timely services; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.

Self-motivated – demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver timely high-quality outcomes.

Collaboration – ability to work collaboratively with a range of IT stakeholders and service providers to ensure delivery of timely and ‘fit-for-purpose’ IT solutions 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver frontline ICT support services to internal stakeholders
