The Role
This is a permanent full-time opportunity for you to become an integral part of the ICT support function at Morcare. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the successful applicant will be the first point of contact responsible for supporting users both on-site and working remotely with a range of desktop and network issues.
The role will suit an individual with relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience working in a similar support role, who is proficient across software systems, hardware installation/set-up, and networking. The role will also support back-end and front-end administration of Morcare's IT systems, with all necessary on-the-job training provided to the successful candidate.
Your Responsibilities:
- In consultation with our Managed Services Provider, assist with maintaining the Agency’s MS365™ Administration Console.
- Manage software updates relating to our Client Management System (Carelink+™, CarelinkGo™) and Payroll System (iChris™) as required.
- Manage back-end administration of the Morcare Learning Portal and work with the Risk and Training Workgroup on front-end administration as required.
- Provide ICT support to all staff and manage incoming enquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage Agency-wide software updates, upgrade relevant databases (e.g. Carelink, iChris) and manage/troubleshoot the server backup schedule.
- Manage the technical aspects associated with Agency side NBN network connection and integrated telephone system issues.
- Enable/disable ICT access permissions for all staff during on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
- Arrange purchase and installation of software and provisioning of devices.
- Assist with back-end technical support for the company website as needed.
- Timely reporting on ICT outcomes to the Leadership Group fortnightly or as required.
- Develop and maintain ICT related Policies and Procedures, Best Practice Instructions and Information Systems Instructions when required and review existing ICT Policies annually.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficient computer skills in a range of software packages with experience in hardware installation/setup and strong networking skills (or a willingness to learn).
- A solutions focus with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate ICT solutions clearly to staff in a patient manner.
- An ability to manage multiple incoming ICT enquiries efficiently and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- An ability to re-arrange your daily ICT tasks to prioritise fixing unpredictable and/or urgent ICT issues, when needed.
- Flexibility to structure the occasional work day to perform work outside of business hours (upgrades, etc).
- An ability to maintain high quality standards without supervision.
- Strong administration and communication skills both oral and written.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience.
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle required.
- NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
