About the Sexual Assault & Family Violence Centre
We are a client-centred organisation, supporting the community throughout Barwon, Wimmera, and the South West regions, offering a range of specialist support services to people impacted by sexual and family violence, encompassing 24 hour crisis care, specialist response services, early intervention programs, Victims Assistance Program, Community Legal Services, trauma recovery programs, professional training and primary prevention initiatives.
About The Role
This is an exciting newly created role for an experienced P&C Executive Manager to join our organisation. The SAFV Centre has significantly evolved with extensive growth over recent years. Therefore, in alignment with our Strategic Plan, we are continuing to build our organisational capacity for a sustainable future and are seeking to expand our Executive Leadership Team.
The Executive Manager People and Culture will act as a high-level trusted advisor, lead our P&C team of 9 staff, model inclusive leadership and work collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery of all People and Culture functions to meet organisational needs. Reporting to the CEO this position will ensure The SAFV Centre has the appropriate culture, capability and organisational design to meet strategic and operational priorities. This position is full time ongoing.
About You
You are a senior executive with considerable leadership experience with Graduate or Post Graduate Qualifications in Human Resources together with 10+ years of executive management or human resources senior management in a similar role.
This position is central to providing values based transformative leadership and holds a broad range of responsibilities aimed at shaping and sustaining our organisational workforce And Culture while leading our People and Culture Business Unit and providing expert industry knowledge and advice to the CEO, Executives and the Board.
You have demonstrated experience in leading industrial and employee relations, organisational development and HR consulting skills. You will thrive on innovation and change management and in supporting the development of our leaders and staff.
