Our client is seeking a skilled ICT Support Officer to play a vital role in the Business Services Team (BST) for a 6-month contract with potential extensions.
As an ICT Operations Support Officer, you will be at the forefront of day-to-day Information Communication Technology (ICT) support. Reporting to the Assistant Director of ICT, you will contribute to the management of ICT systems, undertake optimisation tasks, and support various functions within the BST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct day-to-day ICT support, managing systems with a focus on Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Provide video conferencing support and handle client interactions via various channels.
- Undertake business and technical optimization tasks.
- Support other BST functions as directed.
- Essential: Experience in liaising with clients through various mediums.
- Essential: Demonstrated proficiency in managing ICT systems using Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, along with video conferencing support.
- Desirable: Experience in Windows Server and RDS Environment, PowerShell scripting, and Endpoint Manager.
- Outstanding communication skills, translating technical content effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority items.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and resilience to high-demand situations.
- ITIL and Microsoft certifications are highly regarded.
- ICT Helpdesk experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
