B TITLE: ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Purpose of Position:
Brayco is a trusted provider of Commercial grade stainless steel Benches, Sinks and Shelves at everyday low prices across Australia & New Zealand. We are looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our team.
As a member of our ICT team, an ICT Support Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization's technology infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the IT team to provide technical support to staff and customers and aid in the setup, upkeep, and diagnosis of technological issues as well as ensure the smooth functioning of web technology and computer infrastructure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ascertain the hardware and software requirements for resolving technical issues.
- Ensure effective utilisation of software and equipment.
· Answering customer queries about hardware and software issues.
· Review and update knowledge base and technical support documentation to reflect current technical information on process or product.
· Modifying current applications to satisfy user demands.
· Collaborate with the Technical & Engineering team to diagnose problems and identify corrective actions for customers.
· Setting up and downloading the proper software.
· Setting up computer networks.
· Follow agreed process and procedures by logging issues, requests and questions.
· Maintaining and replacing ancillary devices including printers, terminals and modems.
· Review and update knowledge base and technical support documentation to reflect current technical information on process or product.
· Investigating, and assessing basic technical problems reported by customers.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues relating to the following:
o 3CX
o Microsoft Teams Calling
o Access 4
o Networking, Firewall, WiFi and cloud issues
o Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, MS Teams
o Windows & Apple operating systems
The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Technical Skills & Experience:
· A Diploma in Information Technology or similar.
· Relevant 3 years’ experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
