AddressUnilift Equipment is a specialist lifting company in the business of steel wire ropes, rigging and lifting equipment. The company supplies equipment to Mining, Oil & Gas, and the construction sectors throughout Australia. We are involved with some of Australia's largest and most complex infrastructure projects both onshore and offshore. We offer a 1 stop shop for rigging and lifting gear from the design and testing phase to completion. Due to the continual growth of the company, several positions are available in the Inspection and Testing division.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems.
- Support Enquiries from NetSuite
- Learning about new solutions and Methods for the Internal System (NetSuite)
- Installing and downloading appropriate software
- Ensuring efficient use of the NetSuite System
- Training other Staff members and teaching them how to use software.
- Communicating with colleagues about potential technical problems and offering in-person support.
Other Criteria:
- Advanced Diploma or Diploma or equivalent relevant qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant industry work experience
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Ability to work with a team and time management skills
