As an ICT System Analyst, you will play a vital role in improving processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. Working closely with both IT and business stakeholders, you will enhance organizational efficiencies and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, evaluate and test the client’s system processes
- Assess existing business processes for inefficiencies and inadequacies
- Liaise with client stakeholders such as business executives and end users to identify
- system requirements and to formulate innovative solutions.
- Plan and manage project resources and cost plans.
- Identify, investigate, and analyse system processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness by analysing existing systems and processes.
- Identify and formulate functional solutions within the project environment to
- provide clear system plans and solution designs.
- Recommend solutions for improvements or new system solutions
- Deploy and test new systems or changes in systems to validate expected
- functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users during transitions to new systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of system projects
- Ensure seamless integration of technology through thorough testing and quality
- assurance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies for efficient business activities.
Requirements
- At least a master’s degree in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 3-9 years of relevant work experience in a System Analyst role
- Possession of a recognized qualification in IT or a related field is necessary
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Logical approach
- Proficiency in relevant technologies, such as PL/SQL, Jenkins, GIT, Chef, Puppet etc.
