• Ability to produce technical documentation and artefacts to a high standard by collating and organising the technical knowledge from the project design leads.
• Ability to produce artefacts for non-technical audiences to explain new enhancement and feature designs, including engaging and interactive video modules, materials, and resources.
• Deliver knowledge content clearly and concisely in various mediums, tailored to the unique needs and skill levels of diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with internal business teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and advancements through a software lifecycle change.
• Cultivate strong relationships with project team members, and business areas acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Throughout the software change continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge artefacts making necessary improvements and adjustments.
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Captivate
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solution.
• Experience working within project teams.
Desirable criteria
• Agile product development techniques.
• Understanding of and experience in federal government organisations.
• Broad knowledge of software development and delivery lifecycles within government.
• Knowledge of information security and privacy.
