Role:Our client is in the process of strategizing a business-led ‘transformation and uplift’ program from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA and supporting technologies.
Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the
- department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
- Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information
- into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
- Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and
- design specifications
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet
- specified standards.
