We are looking for several experienced Training Specialists, (a training Lead and two trainers). These people will have demonstrated experience in training on ICT systems.
6 months fixed term contract (salary based) + Potential to extend
You will be required to develop and deliver effective training solutions for in-person and online training to support the successful implementation of enterprise-wide system and process projects.
The role will encompass the typical life cycle of training, namely assess – analyse, design, develop, and deliver, with relevance to the training needs of a specific project related to introducing a new client management system and processes.
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify subsequent learning and development requirements.
- Specify the content and structure of learning and development packages.
- Develop, implement, and continually review the training and development strategy ensuring it addresses the needs of the project.
- Develop, customise, and maintain learning materials and resources to deliver agreed project outcomes.
- Utilise various techniques, resources, and media (which might include eLearning, virtual classrooms, self-assessment, peer-assisted learning, and other current methods) to deliver training.
- Work with the Senior Change Manager to plan and schedule the delivery of learning activities, based on project and learning objectives within pre-determined timeframes.
- Prepare and analyse evaluation reports to improve learning outcomes.
- Assist with updating and/or improving training processes to deliver desired outcomes.
- Assist in the maintenance and continual review of training schedules.
- Advise and coach others in learning delivery techniques and options.
- Participate in and contribute to project-related meetings or committees.
You will be required to have a minimum of Cert IV in Training and Assessment, or significant experience deemed the equivalent, and a minimum of 2-3 years of training experience working in a project environment.
You will be required to work onsite in Chermside 3 days a week and you will required to have COVID Vaccination x 3, to comply with HR guidelines.
