About the Role:
You will be part of a team that is passionate about the support we provide. In this role you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by equipping our network with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the dynamic financial landscape.
Specifically, the Training & Partnerships Specialist supportsthe day-to-day & long-term objectives of Fintelligence’s broker partners. The role has a broad focus, but with opportunities to specialise in key tasks spread across the team. Areas of focus include:
- Ambition Cloud (proprietary broker system) training to ensure brokers are competent in usage and are aware of relevant features,
- Oversight & Maintenance of the various broker-facing tools within the Ambition Cloud platform,
- Distribution of online leads to those Partners who sign up for online marketing service, and
- General support to our broker network, as needed, in areas such as Ambition Cloud usage and Loan Scenario triage.
The role has a close working relationship with our IT Development team and is also responsible for escalating known system issues, proactively highlighting development opportunities, and having a close involvement in the testing of new features within Ambition Cloud, plus the promotion & Training thereof.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
If you are passionate about fostering growth and driving success through training excellence and have held previous experience working as a training coordinator in the aggregation space, or are/were an asset finance broker, then we want to hear from you! You also need to have high competence in use of technology.
