Your new role 

• Develop and implement Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) plans and strategies for defence projects
• Conduct analysis of logistical support requirements and recommend solutions to optimise performance and minimise costs
• Develop and maintain technical manuals, training programs, and maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance and supportability
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure system reliability, availability, maintainability, and supportability are designed into products
• Provide input and guidance to program management on ILS matters and ensure ILS requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in ILS engineering for defence systems
• Knowledge of defence logistics, product support, and sustainment processes
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388-1A, MIL-STD-1390, and other relevant logistics standards
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
