Who are we looking for?
We are for an Immersive Digital Solutions - Product Strategist to work within our close-knit Mixed Reality Digital Engineering (MRDE) team.
You will support in the execution of GHD Digital Strategy and delivery in the key areas of VR / AR / XR & Immersive Technologies, Virtual Site Models, Engineering and Architectural Visualisation, Digital Engineering and Advanced Visualisation Solutions, Interactive Simulations & Training,Web based 3D engagement and training platforms, MRDE and Spatial related data management, strategies and solutions
In this pivotal diverse role, you will also:
- Support MRDE and business strategic goals through; consultancy services, solution development, market engagement, proposal development, project delivery and supporting the growth of a sustainable business.
- Provide excellent client service in the areas of Mixed Reality and Digital Engineering advisory, and asset-related information management services.
- Support strategy, approach and implementation to achieving the revenue and gross margin targets, KPIs and utilisation goals for the MRDE team and broader business
- Develop a high performing delivery function whilst managing, overseeing and being accountable for the delivery of MRDE projects and services.
- Work collaboratively with other sub-practices within Digital Experience to design and develop industry / vertical focussed solutions by leveraging IDS and other digital technologies. Cross-sell and up-sell by identifying additional visualisation, consulting, outsourcing and / or support opportunities
- Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across clients and GHD internal functions to manage key risks or issues. Promote team capabilities through internal and industry presentations, written material and discussions as required
- Establish and lead continuous improvement in delivery processes, knowledge & technology to ensure effective demand management, quality, and timeliness of project delivery. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
About you:
- Be Tertiary qualified in Computer Science, IT or related Software Design, Science, Mathematics, Digital Animation, Game Design, Management and/or significant experience in delivery management for technology projects.
- Experience of working with clients in asset intensive (infrastructure) sectors – i.e. Water, Transport, Environment, Energy, Construction with a strong track-record of leading project teams and delivering high quality outcomes.
- Product Management and Project Management/Agile experience with UI/UX design and rationalisation skills
- Extensive experience working with digital 3d developers, 3d artists and videography professionals
- Strong negotiation, consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of visualisation and immersive technologies.
