The Role:
As an Immigration Coordinator your role will contribute to the effective and efficient coordination of the organisation by providing servicing to increase the number of trade immigrants entering Australia. To be successful in the role, an Immigration Coordinator will be a highly motivated self-starter who will work within a small team, sometimes with limited supervision, in functions that require the application of industry skills, knowledge and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive immigrant applications for tradies moving to Australia.
- Reverse market applicants into the Australian labour market.
- Maintain job vacancies and expressions of interest.
- Promote benefits of bricklaying to target audience.
- Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations.
About you:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database platforms.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and deliver results.
- Knowledge of the construction/trades industry would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the immigration systems in Australia
- Current driver's license.
- Working with children card will need to be obtained.
