The branch conducts laboratory testing in accordance with the laboratories testing program; lot release; provides scientific expertise to assess technical data for marketing authorisations; provides scientific and expert advice to internal stakeholders, committees, government etc.; and participates in the development of standards and international collaborative activities.

Description
Specific duties include:
- Developing, monitoring and updating project plans
- Developing and implementing change management plans
- Developing and leading stakeholder consultation and communication plans
- Developing and maintaining project SharePoint pages
- Providing input to the development of eLearning modules to ensure they are appropriately targeted and effectively communicate key messages
- Executive briefings on project implementation including opportunities and barriers
Profile
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Project Management Experience
- Stakeholder Management Experience
- Change Management Experience
- Formal Qualifications in Project Management
- QMS Experience
- High level written and oral communications skills
Job Offer
- The position is Canberra based, not remote. There is flexibility to put in place a Flexible Working Arrangement to allow a suitable candidate to work 1 or 2 days/week from home.
- Looking for a candidate with strong Project Management, Change Management and Communication (written and oral) skills and experience.
- Previous work in government, laboratories and/or under a Quality Management System would be desirable but not mandatory.
- The position will work as part of small project teams (2-4 people).
- The current projects include:
- Looking at changes to legislation
- Implementing a new Laboratory Information Management System (software)
- Designing eLearning modules
- Designing and implementing a new starter induction module/program
