Import Customer Service

The Client

Looking for an Import Customer Service superstar with experience working for a freight forwarder to join their team.

The Position

Reporting to the Branch Manager your duties will include:

• Provide exceptional Customer Service import clients at all times
• Manage orders and registrations
• Respond to Customer Service inquiries by phone and in house system emails
• Monitor and reporting shipment status updates
• Liaise with overseas agents and operations as required
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

The Requirements

To be successful you require:

• Must have freight forwarding import experience within a freight forwarding 
• Superior Customer Service skills
• Proven problem solving ability
• Mature, can do attitude
• Ability to work in an autonomous and team environment
• Minimum of 3 years in import operations or Customer Service within a freight forwarder (Liaising with freight forwarders will not be considered)
• Australian Citizen or Permanent resident only
