Looking for an Import Customer Service superstar with experience working for a freight forwarder to join their team.
The Position
Reporting to the Branch Manager your duties will include:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service import clients at all times
- Manage orders and registrations
- Respond to Customer Service inquiries by phone and in house system emails
- Monitor and reporting shipment status updates
- Liaise with overseas agents and operations as required
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
To be successful you require:
- Must have freight forwarding import experience within a freight forwarding
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Proven problem solving ability
- Mature, can do attitude
- Ability to work in an autonomous and team environment
- Minimum of 3 years in import operations or Customer Service within a freight forwarder (Liaising with freight forwarders will not be considered)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident only
- Mascot and Banksmeadow locations
