The Role
As a Key Accounts Manager and Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the frontline of our commitment to excellence. Your role will be crucial in supporting key customers with international logistics and customs clearance processing, building and nurturing relationships, and providing unparalleled customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key customers with international logistics and customs clearance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Offer exceptional customer service, contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our clientele.
- Assist management with your expertise and senior role capabilities, driving continuous improvement within the team.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Expedient operating system is an advantage, though not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Outstanding ability to work under pressure, maintain a positive outlook, and focus on customer outcomes.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for thinking outside the box.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
