ABOUT THE ROLE
Currently, they are looking to add a Import Seafreight Operator to their busy team. This role suits someone organised, with the ability to work with a high volume work-loads
DUTIES
• Liaising with Clients, Carriers and our overseas partners
• Deliver Exceptional Service to our Customers
• Co-Ordinate FAK & FCL containers, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Dangerous Goods, Container unpacking and wharf collection
• Client Invoicing
• Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs
• Quote Rates
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3 years Import Seafreight experience
• CW1 experience is desirable
• Strong and accurate EDI invoicing ability
• Experience liaising with overseas offices via email and phone
• Be well-organised and have the ability to multi-task
• Strong self-motivation, drive and initiative
