This full-time position, forms a part of an energic team that works hard and has fun!
About the role:
Working Tuesdays - Saturdays, the Design Specialist is an “ambassador” to prospective and existing ScreenAway customers, offering a professional and courteous image by promptly responding to all generated leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction is delivered.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Converting warm, qualified leads into sales
- Representing the business through face-to-face interactions with clients
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to all clients
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Communicating frequently with our head office
About you
- Understand people and modern selling processes
- A willingness to re-learn with us, and be rewarded for your efforts
- Reliable, self-motivated and results-driven
- Are a customer-centric problem solver
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create rapport
- Must have current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- A desire to help clients make informed decisions
