Our client is a significant Adelaide homed business with vast assets and a multi-billion dollar turnover.
The role
This role represents a rare opportunity for an astute front end lawyer wanting to get involved in significant corporate and commercial matters. The role will be a three month contract starting in January 2024. You will work closely with the General Counsel in the business to produce nimble and commercially savvy legal advice. Suited to a mid level lawyer, with demonstrated commercial experience, you will advise on a range of contractual arrangements, due diligence, structuring and transactions, including property.

What you will need

Suited to lawyers who back themselves and have roughly 5-12 years of experience gained in a quality commercial firm or team.
