Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the businesses creditor accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering the Accounts Payable process with precision and efficiency.
- Conducting reconciliation of creditors and GL accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Proficiently utilising MYOB software to streamline financial operations.
- Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Employing problem-solving skills and initiative to resolve challenges.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in high volume Accounts Payable administration.
- Familiarity with MYOB software is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and suppliers effectively.
- Immediate start for the successful candidate.
- Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
- Competitive salary: $70-75k per annum + Super.
