This role is designed toprovide our guests with outstanding customer service ensuring theirThredbo experience is unforgettable. This role requires excellentcommunication skills and adaptability to the rapidly evolvingnature of the Guest Services environment. You will demonstrateaccurate resort knowledge and effectively upsell all aspects of theresort and the wider region. The key part of this role is to ensurethe guest always remains your primary focus and all interactionsare at an exceptional standard of customerservice.

- Minimum intermediate level computer skills
