The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:
Role: Inbound Customer Service Representative
Location: Warwick Farm, NSW 2170
Expected Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm
The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:
- High volume inbound calls
- Addressing existing and new customer enquires/matters and or complaints
- Track and trace deliveries to provide feedback to customers i.e. ETA
- Maintain status of enquiry by using internal systems
- Liaise with different levels of people within the organisation to locate freight
- General administrative functions.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre environment (2 years)
- Professional and confident with a Customer Service focus
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Positive and resilient outlook
- Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
- Able to provide at least two employment references.
