About You:
- You will have passion, commitment, and drive.
- Previous phone sales experience, ideally in full sales cycle.
- Previous experience managing inbound leads.
- Experience working with KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage with customers.
- A drive to excel and work with monthly commissions.

Your role:
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into customers – B2B.
- Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
- Manage outbound sales calls connecting with prospects.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions for their business.
- Work with a short full sales cycle.
- Manage prospects using the Salesforce CRM system.
