You’ll make a difference by:
- Solving our members’ enquiries and issues
- Understanding and staying on top of our products and services
- Helping our members get the most out of their membership, and assisting them to make changes if requested
- Collaborating and assisting your teammates
- Understanding and following our policies and procedures

This role starts on 13th May 2024. While you're in training, your shift will be from 8:30am to 4:30 pm. Once the training is over your shift pattern will be from 10:30am - 6:30pm or 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm every Friday.
What do you need?
This can be an exciting and fast paced role, which means you’ll need:
- Customer service experience (this is a must!)
- Experience taking calls in a busy contact centre environment (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- The ability to work across multiple systems
- Willingness to learn, and ability to meet output and quality KPI’s and competencies
- It’ll also be an advantage if you have insurance and/or experience in complex customer-focused roles.
