Working in the busy customer focused call centre you will be spending your day with a team of motivated, passionate and friendly individuals that are committed to delivering the best possible superannuation and retirement outcomes for their members.Your focus will be on a complete and comprehensive educational experience to help members to understand and simplify their superannuation. Some of your main responsibilities may include (but not be limited to):
- Respond to member enquiries on the phone and via written correspondence, as required
- Assisting members enquires regarding their entitlements, status or contributions with a outcome orientated first call resolution focus
- Administration, updates and maintenance of member details as required
- Contact Centre or senior customer service/administration experience
- You’ll be a natural rapport builder who delivers a welcoming and helpful frontline experience with ability to communicate complex information simply
- Empathetic approach with the ability to demonstrate patience and compassion when dealing with members under great stress
- Strong PC skills with a demonstrated ability to utilise Word, Excel and database applications
- Permanent full time role offering a salary of $66,500 + Super
- Flexible work arrangements – 2 days office 3 days home once trained
- Additional 2 leave days each year
