In this role, you'll:
Join our Engineering & Maintenance Rolling Stock division as an Inbound Warehouse & Logistics Manager, providing leadership and direction to staff to ensure the efficient operation of the Auburn Heavy Maintenance Centre (AHMC).
You will oversee the daily inbound operations while controlling and managing inbound inventory and logistics, with a focus on developing and supporting continuous improvement activities to improve operational
performance.
You will review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment, layouts and action plans ensuring the efficient management of incoming goods.

About you
You bring relevant experience in a materials warehousing and distribution environment with sound knowledge and experience of warehouse computer systems along with solid commercial management skills.
Ideally you have experience with managing a medium to large size team, with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
You promote a safety driven workplace culture and ensure safety compliance in the delivery of warehouse operations and services.
