Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Incident Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Incident Management process, ensuring the timely resolution of incidents, minimising disruption to business operations, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. You'll have a proven track record of success in Incident Management with excellent investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills together with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively across cross-functional teams.
Your mission:
- Lead incident identification, assessment, and resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services and minimise business impact
- Lead workplace investigations
- Serve as central point of contact for incident-related communications and facilitate communication with key stakeholders during incidents
- Develop and maintain Incident Management systems in line with best practices
- Continuously evaluate and improve Incident Management processes
- Assist in implementing a new Incident Management System (IMS)
- Develop and deliver Incident Management training programs
Your experience and skillset:
- 3+ years experience in Incident Management, ideally in a social care, community care or healthcare setting
- Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desired
- Sound judgment and the ability to assess conflicting or ambiguous information for effective Incident Management and escalation
- Strong understanding of Incident Management best practices, frameworks and legislation related to NDIS and the out-of-home care sector
- Effective communication and interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency with Incident Management tools and software
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed
- Proven ability to influence, manage expectations and resolve disputes in a values-based organisation
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Annual Salary: $85,000- $105,000 plus super, (this is the full-time equivalent (FTE) salary and will be prorated accordingly based on the agreed-upon part-time hours)
