Incident Manager is currently required for a permanent position to join a global Service Provider to manage all issues non critical and critical incidents throughout the issues lifecycle. This will include liaising with various vendors and internal technical teams. You will also take ownership of the incident management process and plans. You will also be key in setting up and improving ITIL processes.
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Incident Manager who has solid experience in managing level 3/4 level incidents, this will include liaising with vendors and internal technical teams. You will also have solid experience in setting up and improving processes to be aligned to ITIL. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills are a must.
