As an Incident Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and resilience of the IT systems. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate the response to incidents, minimising their impact on operations and preventing reoccurrence.
Requirement:
- Proven hands-on experience with HP Service Manager 9, MicroFocus SM9, or Opentext SM13.
- In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, demonstrating the ability to navigate and leverage these tools effectively.
- Proficient understanding and execution of contract management processes.
- Ability to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and contribute to seamless business operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis within an IT context.
- Capability to analyse financial data, drive insights, and contribute to overall organisational efficiency.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Micro Focus ArcSight ESM.
- Proven ability to leverage ArcSight ESM for enhanced security and efficient threat detection.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of service quality management principles.
- Ability to establish and maintain high service quality standards, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
- Ability to masterfully oversee and ensure consistent adherence to SLAs.
