Role: Inclusion Support Educator

Initially an ISS role moving into a maternity leave cover until next year.

Pay: $28.52 - 31.06 per hour + 11% super

As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Cooranbong:
Our centre is in the local community of Cooranbong on the Central Coast, conveniently located on the corner of Martinsville and Government Road, not far from Cooranbong Public School and Cooranbong Fire Brigade.
We educate and care for children between 12 months and six years old. The learning environments at Goodstart Cooranbong are designed with a focus on play-based learning, extending children's risky play and facilitating children's needs and interest.
Our toddler and pre-kindy (one room) learning space provides play-based learning opportunities for children to discover, create and imagine. Educators are attuned to the children's needs, supporting, guiding, and enabling them to build a strong sense of wellbeing.

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) required.
- Prior experience working with additional needs is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check required.
