We are looking for Inclusion Support Educators to join our team who believe in empowering all children to be confident and capable learners.

You will be employed as an extra educator to increase the number of educators in the care environment working with children who have high needs.
You will work as a member of the team, sharing the daily tasks and responsibilities to support participation of all children across all program aspects.
You will carry out roles similar to the other educators in the room. similar to all educators, you will interact with all children and provide support to individual children when needed, including the child (or children) with high support needs.
You will support children with ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Development Delay, ASD, and Down Syndrome.
You will support children who are highly active, need support with feeding and nappy changing/toileting.
To be in our team your philosophy will be inline with ours. Play based curriculum based on children's interests and projects.

We are a privately owned and operated service purpose built in 1993 by Janine and her mother Daphne. Janine is a Bachelor Qualified Teacher, with a passion for all families and children that come through our service. We strive for exceeding practices and continually working towards growing as a team and creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for children, educators and families.
We have just completed Assessment and Rating and have received Exceeding.
We are 114 place service with 7 rooms, from Nursery through to two Kindergarten programs. Janine is very generous with the room environment budgets and helping educators to provide the resources to allow us run meaningful experiences and programs each and every day.
All permanent part-time educators paid 5% above award.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HOLD OR HAVE
- A warm smiling face that makes every child feel special
- Be prepared to have lots of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your day
- Experience in the field of early education working with all age groups
- Relevant qualifications (Diploma/ Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying towards one of these)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework
- Sound Knowledge of the NQF
- Strong Verbal and written communication
- Good time management skills
- Available to work between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
- Minimum 4-5 day position
