About Banks Street Kindy:
Banks Street Kindy is a small not-for-profit community kindergarten (C&K Affiliate Kindergarten) located in a peaceful setting within the grounds of Newmarket State School, Brisbane. Banks Street Kindy supports a child’s ideas, experiences and understanding in a learning environment that values play. The education program supports a child and their family, working together to encourage a child’s disposition to learn and create. We learn and work with nature, doing much of our learning within our natural environment, mindful of sustainable living. The kindy has a highly-acclaimed art program and a bush kindy program run in our local Banks Street Reserve.
Banks Street Kindy is committed to an inclusive workforce, and we strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
