You'll need to be reliable, trustworthy, respectful, have a great sense of humour, and be happy to have your previously held thoughts and expectations challenged. You should be a people person, and a good communicator and listener. You'll be someone who can be energetic and enthusiastic no matter the time of day, but able to be calm and laid back if that’s the vibe. The right person is someone who can understand and follow guidelines and procedures.
