Describe the client:
This is a diversified Australian property development company. It has business in shopping centres, residential estates, industrial estates and manufactured housing communities.
Position Description:
Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care desk within the centre.
Maintain strong relationship with centre retailers, contractors and fellow employees which promotes a positive team environment and a high level of service towards our customers.
Communicate proactively with other Customer Care team members.
Be flexible within the team environment.
Contribute to regular centre management and customer care team meetings, and also other forms of team communications.
Maintain OH&S Standards and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues.
Follow all Public liability incident management processes.
Position Requirements:
Experience and proven track record in front line service and confidence in dealing with people.
Experience in administration
