Northcott is looking for an Individual Giving Coordinator to join our team in North Parramatta on a full-time temp basis for 12 months; this position works within our fundraising division. This role is focused on delivering Individual Giving programs, supporting the Fundraising team to increase engagement, improve long-term relationships and increase fundraising income to expand and enhance our services.Our Values Our values have always been a significant part of our service to customers and they have helped shape Northcott into the wonderful organisation it is today. We are Brave because we have the courage to stand up for people with all abilities even in the face of adversity.On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for; Support the Fundraising Manager to develop and execute a donor acquisition strategy Lead the development and implementation of Individual Giving plans and budgets Work with Fundraising Manager to prepare board reports and business cases to support new initiatives and investment areas Work closely with the Data Administrator to brief data requirements, supporter segmentation and report on program performance Develop a digital growth plan to support and grow the Individual Giving Program Ensure Individual Giving data processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner Ensure campaigns are executed on time, KPI's are achieved and campaigns are within budget ensuring issues are flagged in a timely manner, Ensure a data-driven approach is in place for decision making, with emphasis on segmentation models, donor research and data integrity Work closely with the Fundraising Manager on segmentation strategy, supporter journey and communications calendar Develop and execute a robust cash program including testing, acquisition and retention activities Ensure an appropriate resource pipeline (stories and images) available for use in campaigns to create compelling asks to supporters across multiple channels Monitor industry trends including competitor analysis, continually upgrading understanding of best practice fundraising strategies and incorporate learnings into programs as appropriate Develop comprehensive internal and external briefs Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure services provided are delivered as agreed Engage with sector networks and keep up to date with best practice through participation in user groups Issue Date: July 2021 Last Review Date: July 2021 Next Review Date: July 2023 Page 5 of 5 Position Description Receive incoming donor calls and triage & manage the fundraising department email inbox; inbound calls.Ideally, you will bring these skills and experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a not-for-profit environment Demonstrated passion for fundraising and ability to increase revenue in direct marketing programs Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Highly organised, reliable, efficient & detail orientatedWhy work for us?
