About the role
This position is responsible for greeting visitors and staff, customer service, data entry and Administration, while also assisting the Security Team with the Induction System, by reviewing and confirming Induction and profile status, issuing induction keys for visitors and contractors, maintaining profiles including but not limited to reactivating, deactivating, assigning additional courses, transferring of companies.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing office supplies and placing orders
- Developing and maintaining the Security Key Register
- Personal Isolation Lock ordering and distribution
- Onboarding and access approvals Excel spreadsheets
- Preparations of general reporting
- Filing of paperwork, Data entry, Incident Reporting
- Managing and monitoring the Security Team inbox Systems/Programs: Rapid Global, DSX, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Assist the Security Team with the Security System (currently Win DSX), by reviewing, maintaining, and creating security profiles for individuals and vehicles
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Customer Service experience
- NSW Security License not required but is desirable
- Experience with MS Suite and Security systems and programs
- Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task
- Flexibility and adaptability
