INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Your Story
As an Industrial Engineer at Tibaldi you will be part of the Engineering Projects team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:
- Analysing workforce efficiency, facility layout, operational data, and production schedules to optimize productivity of both workers and equipment.
- Managing project labour and coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Designing mechanical equipment, machines, components, and products for manufacturing processes, as well as planning plant and system construction.
- Developing manufacturing specifications and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities, and plant layout.
- Establishing standards and protocols for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and safety regulations.
- Reviewing functional statements, organizational charts, and project details to define roles and responsibilities within work units and identify areas of redundancy.
- Conducting inspections to maintain optimal performance levels.
- Developing and implementing work measurement programs to set labour standards based on analysing work samples.
As part of our Engineering Projects Team, you will:
- Hold an Engineering Degree.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment and making process improvements in line with key KPIs.
- Working knowledge of iLeader / NetSuite.
- Systemic problem solver, implementing solutions to solve root cause problems.
- Hold minimum of three months of Production experience
- The ability to mentor and develop teams, dealing with culture change.
- Bring exceptional time management skills.
- Be a role model for all aspects of OH&S.
- Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment.
Previous food manufacturing experience in similar capacity would be an advantage.

Our hourly rates of pay are dependent upon your levels of experience.
Your hours of work will be performed in accordance with either our day shift or afternoon shift.
