AddressKey Responsibilities
- Implement production process planning and documentation
- Ensure relevant Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)/Safe Operating Procedure (SOP) & Safe Work Instructions (SWI) are documented and issued for all processes through collaboration with engineering and production
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects that deliver improvements to safety, quality, productivity and costs across the manufacturing facility
- Prepare, implement and maintain departmental documentation and records associated with the production process
- Collaborate cross functionally to achieve business goals
- Risk assessments are conducted and documented at all stages of projects to thoroughly assess engineering design and installation methodologies, and appropriate risk mitigation actions are implemented.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or similar role experience of 5+ years
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering technology.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant and warehouse layouts and be able to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Ability to deliver operational outcomes to support strategic objectives
