Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled Industrial Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will organise, and oversee various aspects of our operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Leveraging your expertise in engineering principles and techniques, you will drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Design and implement quality assurance protocols for consistent production processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Lead initiatives for continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Maintain and enhance ISO certification status.
- Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and training to foster a culture of safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 + years of experience in process optimization, quality management, and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO Certifications 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2015.
