We currently have vacancies for sub-contract labourers/ industrial cleaners to join our Industrial Cleaning team to work on various Industrial cleaning jobs, including:
- Bio hazard cleaning
- High access cleaning
- Trauma cleaning
- Hoarders cleaning
- Installation of pest prevention products
- and more!
Please note:
This position requires a flexible attitude toward working hours, which may vary.
Job sites will be in various locations and you will need to provide your own transport.
This is a subcontract position which requires an ABN.
To successfully secure the position, it is essential that you:
- are prepared to perform industrial cleaning tasks including Bio Hazard cleaning and At Heights Cleaning
- have a police clearance
- have an ABN
- have a current drivers license
- are able to travel to jobs at various locations in your own transport with your own equipment
- Have a Working Safely at Heights Ticket or are willing to obtain one
- always be neat in appearance
- always be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- are a team player
- are able to quality check your own work
- are able to communicate effectively with others
- have exceptional customer service skills
- be able to handle heavy physical work

Job Details:
Providing industrial cleaning services to various commercial businesses and private residence owners.
Full training will be provided and you will be engaged to work alongside a Supervisor.
Commercial Industrial cleaning equipment will be supplied.
The services that the subcontractor will be required to deliver include:
- Bio hazard waste removal and cleaning
- Bio hazard cleaning at heights
- High dusting
- Pressure cleaning
- Hoarders cleaning
- Trauma cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Fire & smoke restoration
- Mould remediation
- Water damage & flood restoration
- Installation of preventative wire/ spikes/ netting
We are currently hiring sub-contract industrial cleaners/ labourers (with ABN, police clearance, insurance, drivers license & transport, cleaning equipment) to provide the above services in various locations across Adelaide.
To be successful in this position, you need to be a Sub contractor with an ABN, equipment, police clearance, vehicle, experience and references.
Rates will be discussed with you at the interview.
