OUR TEAM

As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose.

YOUR ROLE:

Join us as an Industrial Maintenance Manager where you will provide key support to the Industrial Centre of Competence (ICC) Operations Team and to guarantee that the production contractual commitments and customer satisfaction goals are met through a well maintained Total and Productive Maintenance System (TPM).

Working at our Bendigo site, on Dja Dja Wurrung Land, your role purpose is to:

  • To propose and implement the key standards and processes associated with TPM and the necessary improvements, in accordance with the Industrial teams performance goals

  • To manage the Facilities & Maintenance Department, inclusive of Contractors, Planner/s, Team Facilitators & Subordinate Staff in line with all company policies and procedures, ensuring all works are completed to the relevant company and regulatory requirements.

  • To ensure that Facilities and Industrial equipment (machinery specific to the processes deployed, generic resources and specific tools, the associated metrology) are maintained in operating condition, and that the assets within their area of responsibility are available for use.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience in Maintenance Management and Facilities area, an engineering degree highly desirable.

  • Leadership experience of 2-5 years with demonstrated ability to managing team.

  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) with good technical knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanics, mechanics, etc.

  • Knowledge of industrial management control and the Multi Year Budget (MYB) process.

  • Prior Knowledge of MEX Software and related tools an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of Production and Repair processes and knowledge of products and their manufacturing or repair processes.

  • Proven ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, at various levels of the organisation.
