Role Summary:
As an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the processing and quotations of aftermarket services and customer-specific solutions. You will also coordinate the daily local order fulfillment activities on assigned aftermarket projects. Additional responsibilities include quotation activities, operations, and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute multiple projects for various customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for processing aftermarket services from arrival to completion.
- Support production by providing tactical advice and guidance on specification deviations, waivers, and other required activities to complete services on time.
- Attend production planning meetings to communicate product requirements, specifications, timelines, etc., to all applicable departments including Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, etc.
- Review complete technical documentation packages to validate product performance against customer requirements and suggest modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer on time as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with customers with aftermarket services updates.
- Maximise profitability on services supplied.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Industrial experience in engineering, oil, and gas and Valve industries.
- Experience in valve or oil and gas industry would be an advantage.
- Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally.
- Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Technical qualification in a relevant field and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes.
