About the roleThe primary purpose of the Industrial Account Manager role is to grow the QLD portfolio sales and market share by understanding and communicating the product’s value to customers. Activities include building long-term relationships with customers, product, application, and industry knowledge to increase portfolio sales and continuously develop new business through multiple sales initiatives. Skills & Experience
- Experience dealing in the paint channels, coatings, retail & trade based businesses preferred
- Have a hunger with a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, driven and proactive to build long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with all stakeholders
- Team-focused while able to work autonomously
- Full, comprehensive training provided
- Regularly update information in CRM (Salesforce)
- To build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- The maintenance of existing key accounts
- Provide support and suggestions to your clients
