ABOUT THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity is offered for a Sales Account Manager who wants to be an active member of a vibrant sales group. This role is a fast-paced position with targets of meeting required number of calls and sales per day. You will be in charge of an established territory with huge growth potential with the responsibility of driving sales and meeting monthly targets. This position is an in-office position; although there will be a small amount of travel from time to time.
The established customer database predominantly consists of health food stores, pharmacies, naturopaths, food and skin care manufactures, cafes and wellness centres. It will be your responsibility to grow sales within these areas as well as exploring new outlets.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Selling, mainly via calls, to an existing customer base to sell and promote Morlife products
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts
- Providing service and support to current customers
- Lead Generation, vital in order to exceed sales targets and involves intensive sifting of the target market. This includes sourcing and developing new business opportunities
- To participate in exhibits, trade shows and other marketing initiatives undertaken by the company
- Providing resolutions for problems
- To meet with key customers in person, as needed
ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent telephone manner, communication & customer service skills
- A great attitude working within a target-driven team environment
- Proven field sales and account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly targets/KPI's
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptional organisation skills even under pressure
- Flexibility and quick thinking in a fast-paced position
- Perseverance and the ability to get sales
- Current drivers license with own reliable car, and
- 2 contactable work related references.
Further, the person must have a strong interest in eating a wholesome diet, be passionate about wellness and a good lifestyle.
